Subsonic 7.62x39

I loaded up some (hopefully) subsonic 7.62x39 rounds, but I dont know if they are safe to shoot. I was hoping maybe someone could hook me up with what quickload has to say about it.
Any other feedback or input would be appreciated as well.

Heres what ive got.
Hornady 220gr .308 ELD-X #3078
10.3gr +\- 0.1gr Vihtavuori N120

if its not too much trouble to run the same numbers with N110 and N310, that would be awesome.

I looked at the Vihtavouri web site and looking at data they have for 200 grain bullets and N120 in both the 7.62x39 and the 300Blk , your load looks to me to be safe to shoot. That is just my opinion.
