Sweet Browning 9mm Handgun - ID Help Please

Does anyone have any information on this sweet Browning 9mm handgun? It's a double-stack magazine. Very, very nice condition. It appears to be a stainless steel barrel. Oh, and the inside of the grips are painted red. What's the deal with that?

Any insight would be appreciated! Value, etc.?

From the description and pics, it's a Hi Power ! Nothing remarkable, great classic guns, $600-800, depending on how much someone wants it ?

Definitely a hi power.....all according to its age, it could be worth upwards of $1000! Does it have the "velvet" lining in the magazine well? At one time, there was a website that would explain your serial number as to when it was manufactured. If you need some help, shoot me a pm!

That looks like an older hi power. Beautiful gun with those walnut grips. Sdmaddox is correct, could be up to a grand!
