Texas Weapon System Dogleg Rail AK dust cover

Anyone have any experience with these? From the amount of googling I've done, most seem to be happy with them holding zero. My main question is regarding the height of the dust cover rail and the top rail of a quad rail forend. I'd like to get some MBUS sights and do a red dot cowitness setup, but not sure the heights would line up correctly. Anyone ever tried?

Ar rear sights won't line up with the front. Biggest downfall to the platform. Look at the rmr gas tube setup. Ill try and link it for you but it is true cowitness with existing sights.
