Link no work...but I have a feeling I know what it says. I've been seeing articles talking about a new kind of military in Armed Forces Journal for a couple years...some of the "new" stuff could be though of as quite 1984.

How are you supposed to train someone to take orders to the level needed by the military, and give them the latitude to disregard them as they see fit. First time they do, people die, the mission fails, and the private gets blamed. Are they going to give the complete "strategic plan" to everybody? Sounds like some liberal never been there, never done anything, made the decision.

And what is this idea to turn the Army into a coastal defense force? Isis gonna invade Coney Island?
