After watching the video, I don't know how it could have been a bullet. It nicked his ear but completely missed everyone in the packed bleachers directly behind him. Pretty crazy but not surprising at all, the way things have been going lately I figured something would happen at some point before the upcoming election. After watching the video: The shots appear to come from his right. But if you watch the stands, the people on the very right (from the camera perspective) start to focus their attention in the opposite direction, and a woman can be heard screaming. Pretty clear projectiles went past Trump and into the crowd on the opposite side.
His head was turned to (his) right. Shot could have come from that side.
Sounded like a 22.
For some reason, to me it sounded like a 10/22. With the bolt cycling.
AP says shooter is dead and someone else was shot and killed so must’ve been a real gun. First time they mentioned other people
