Update: New Project

Got the primary bevels ground tonight. Went with a 3/4 flat grind. Went ahead and hand finished out to 120 grit. I'll eventually take it to 220 grit before she heads to HT. Also drilled the pinholes and chamfered/countersunk them. Getting closer...

Just do it in broken sections. I have a newborn at home, along with a 55 hr/week job. I still get it done.

Same here, I work a lot and have young kids. That means I get it done when I can but I also don't watch much tv. I prefer being in the shop working on knives or really any project.

I'm digging those clean and deep chamfered pin holes.
