Want To Buy: AR10 (Doesn't matter which platform)

Looking to buy an AR Platform in .308 with a 20" barrel & 1/10 twist..
Looking to spend up to $1000.
I can buy the complete lower & upper including barrel for $700 but have had mixed experiences with PSA.
