Warning of supporter status ending when I have lifetime membership

I’m getting notice that my membership is expiring on April 7th. In the notice it states I have a 5 yr membership when I had purchased super lifetime.
Please help. I believe this is an error.

There is a known issue with the membership expiration notices.
