This looks very interesting... the Viridian XTL with CAM is a 500-lumen tactical light with a 1080p high-resolution video camera and mic built right in. Anyone tried one of these out yet? Totally in for a review -- reliability will be the biggest concern. Costs a bit over $300 at OpticsPlanet.
