This is a brand new never fired model 94 wells fargo commemorative from my dads estate. ( please not a what I should sell it to you for price)

unfortunately Winchester really pushed the "commemorative" rifles for years and years. Unless you have a personal reason for buying one of them, they really aren't much of a "collector" rifle any more.

I have a 92 "Century of Leadership" commemorative from 1966 that's a nice brass finish. Not sure it's ever been shot but probably has.
 
With Winchesters the caliber is what counts. A pistol caliber will go for a lot more than a 30-30. As mentioned, the commemoratives don't count for much because they have so many of them out there.

Your best bet is to look up concluded auctions on Gun Broker to get a rough value. You won't get that here, but it will give you a ballpark.

This. I usually go by the average lowest winning bid and list that here.
