Watched the Narnia movie when I was a kid and always wanted to try this out.

None of what I see in that photo looks familiar, so perhaps I have never had "Turkish delight" candy???

I also remember reading about it in "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe."
 
Take a look in your local Publix "International Food" section. They'll often have the British version.

But not like the stuff in the photo I posted. That's proper "Lokum" - from Asia
 
The British version is just rose-flavored jello in reasonable milk chocolate.

The real thing is far better.

My sister brought some back from a trip to Turkey. Made with pistachios and some sort of jellied nougat like the picture shows. Never had it before but it was good.
