Buyers market.
No perceived threat to 2nd Amendment.
New gun market is flush with firearms.
Economy is still perceived as uncertain.
Kids are out of school; saving money for vacation.
If you want to sell, you have to deeply discount.

The prices are too high. That's almost ALWAYS why things don't sell. Everything you have listed would sell if it were priced correctly. You're looking at giving the potential buyer of your 43X a whopping $50 discount for your used stuff. I'd rather buy new and it seems other people would as well.
Market is over saturated with same old **** that’s available every where, even scummy pawn shops. Prices aren’t right either, everything seems really high on here as of last year or so. Plus like someone mentioned, economy is in a ****ter big time. People don’t have much extra spending $$ on hand anymore. Once in a while good deals pop up on here, but rarely this point.
This time of year is usually a little slow but the last time I remember it being this slow was for the 6 months or so after Trump got elected the first time.
I bought a p09 a cpl weeks ago for $250 with 3 mags...it also reeks of cig smoke. LOL.

Couple things,,
#1. I see stuff on here with prices that are way out of wak. If it is something like an old Smith revolver, I will actually contact people sometimes and let them know because not everyone knows what a nice 19-3 snub without a box should sell for. Most of the time the price doesn't change and it just sits there.
#2. I am seeing fine collectors items like Colt snake guns and super premium Colt 1911's going for WAY LESS than they were 1 and 2 years ago. Sort of figures since I am considering selling half of my collection.
