From a Fox news report. All four guns used in the San Bernardino shooting were legally purchased. However, only the two handguns were purchased by Sayed Farook. The rifles were purchased by another unnamed male. The FBI is now seeking that male. According to Fox, they want to ask him, "Why he purchased the rifles in the first place; and why he gave them to Sayed Farook."

That should be an interesting conversation.
