Item Description: Looking to build a 300blackout. Will buy a complete rifle or parts to build one. Was looking for a Mini Howa 1500 but having a hard time. Open to other ideas. I am going to cut the barrel to 8-9" and run suppressed. 1:5 twist is what I have read is the best?
