WTB Left Hand Upper Receiver for AR 15

I'd like to do a conversion for a friend of mine who's without his right eye. I'm looking to buy or trade for a Left Hand Upper Receiver to convert his M&P 15. Stripped or with parts kit. Will consider a full upper if the barrel is high quality.
