I'm located in Mobile, AL so I need to be able to buy a rifle here or shipped here. I'm looking for the older Remington 700p that had the flat bolt handle or any other 308 that has the flat handle and heavy barrel. I'd really like new, but I'm looking into used too. My current plan is to build something like an M40A3.
