You couldn't pay me to take your Sig 320.

For some strange reason, I trust the ones I own. I don't think it's acceptable that there are any that do this and has now resulted in a death, but it's still a large sample size with a relatively small amount that are apparently sentient.

Mine don't sit in a safe either. I consistently have them out on my range.

Send that **** back to the factory and request a refund. Or threaten a lawsuit.
I think Sig really **** the bed on this one . And kinda like VW did with the cheating engine computers in their TDI models from about 15 years ago Sig seems to continue to insist that there ain't a problem.
Being a poor I have never owned a Sig. But if I did it would definitely only be an old school Sig as in a P226 or P229. To ME those are the only real Sig pistols . I HAVE fondled a P365 that was nice and it does fill a definite spot in the concealed carry market. But you can accomplish the same thing with a Smith or even a Canik for less money .

I don’t have a strong opinion on them other than this: there are so many good options out there, why roll the dice on something with a sketchy reputation?
Agreed...and on top of all that... they're just plain old ugly. That's a superficial thing I know but it's still an issue.

Ive actually tried that with mine over and over the past few days and so far haven't been able to get it to release the striker that way. Not saying it's impossible, but I haven't gotten mine to do it.
Not worth the risk IMHO. I'd rather carry a Glock or my favorite 1911 or my massive Hk Mk 23.
