Look at your local liquor stores and find " Yule shoot your Ale out" Christmas Ale. This stuff is fantastic. And it's from a brewery in Suwanee Ga.

IPAs only for me but I might try an ale once I’m a while. And microbreweries are the best.

I like IPA's as well. If you're a IPA fan, you'll like this beer as well. It's hard to explain the taste of this beer, but as one person put it, it's Christmas in a can.

My favorite beer that I have not had in twenty years is Samuel Smiths Winter Welcome Ale. It is absolutely butter in a bottle. Samuel Adams made some good seasonal beers back then. I have been out of the game so long I am sure there are some great micro brews out there. For some reason I just lost my taste for it. I loved my beer so much I could have never imagined loosing my taste for it. After my twenties I stopped at that domestic swill like Bud, Coors and all that swamp water. It's awful! I wish I could go buy a six of that beer and enjoy it but I would be surprised if I got half of one down. 🤔

this is a '22. I buy them/big stouts barleywines etc. and cellar. This was a 4.6 for me. Most really good beer I have gets a 3.8-4. There is a barrel aged version that's awesome also. Creamy, roasty, chocolaty.
I probably like beer too much...
