I called the seller at 1:50pm the day he listed the grips for sale (just 2 hours after listing). Seemed like a nice guy, and told me I was the first to contact him about the grips. He agreed to sell the grips for $100 during his lunchbreak near his work in Buckhead around 6:00. He told me to call him on the way down and we'd work out the exact location in Buckhead to meet. I drove down from Powder Springs and made multiple attempts to contact him via text messages and phone calls, as he told me to do once I was on the way. I get to Buckhead and wait at Lenox Mall till 7:00 with no response. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that he just got caught up and would contact me later that night. However, while I was waiting, I looked at the post again on the forum from my phone and saw that the listing was "Gone." I also saw that Rasputin8 had replied to his thread at 3:10pm (an hour and 20 minutes after inital agreement between me and hunterstowe was made) saying that he would take the grips. I then decided to check hunterstowe's feedback and saw that Rasputin8 had just left him positive feedback on the grips. I wouldn't expect a guy with over 10 positive deals to renig on a set deal, much less ignore all communication or at the very least inform me his decision to sell the item to someone else. I wouldn't be so ticked if he at least had the courtesy to let me know our deal was off before driving down and waiting for him.
