did not coomunicate well and did not make it to the sale at agreed upon time

We agreed on a deal and agreed on a time and place. It is on the PM chain. He pm's me and says he is still at work. He is one hour away from me in Stockbridge, I am in roswell. He pm's me and says he is still at work at 4:30 and the meet is scheduled at 5:30. I say ok and to keep me posted on his time frame. I hear nothing from him for at least 45 minutes until I text him and asked what his eta is. He finally texted me at 5:40 and says he will not be able to meet me because he is still in Stockbridge working on a car for his customer. There was no follow up after that.
