I have had a lot of transactions on ODT but I can truthfully say this is one that I could not have predicted. I held a gun for this person for what ended up being 2 weeks - turning other offers because this person said they wanted it. Once a date/time was finally set they did not show up and also did not communicate with me why!. I would be very careful dealing with this person!!
