I'm leaving you negitive feedback because of your poor communication. I paid on Thursday, but I had to prove that to you on Monday. Yes you shipped on Monday but you never responded to my pm on Wednesday or Thursday. I did recieve the product on Saturday. You said you sent me a email about sending product. I seached all my folders and i could not find the email you said you sent. You must have mistaken me with someone else. Because If I did recieve that email I would have understood. That's fine something if takes a long time to ship because of the package but communications is key and it should not take 4 days before something gets shipped. Your Customer Service needs work.
