Hoodooed me on an aspect of a sale

He was supposed to include a reflex sight with the AR-15 I bought from him. We both overlooked that when we met for the sale. I inquired later, and he said he would mail it to me, even though we are very local to each other. That was 8 days ago. He will not reply to my polite PMs here, nor to my polite texts, asking if/when he will mail it.

I had previously given him very positive feedback on this sale, before I realized about the sight. He said he would do the same for me, but has not done so. I have been nothing less than polite and professional with him.

I had made him a reasonable offer on his AR. He said he would throw in that reflex sight for it, if I paid $25 more than my offer. I agreed. Then, after some difficulty with our schedules meshing, he offered to throw in an extra quad rail for free, at the price we had last agreed to, to make up for the meeting difficulties. What did I do? I gave him his original asking price for the AR, then he turns around and shafts me on the reflex sight he said he would include.

In my opinion, that was some pretty shady dealing.
