I shipped him stuff. He never paid. Sent friendly reminder, no reply.

I had the same gentlemen's agreement with Mr. Smith that most of us have had with one and other. You want something and I ship it. You pay now or when you get item, or even before.
I shipped him a bunch of brass, grips and a bullet mold. He had my PayPal e-mail. Not a word. About three weeks later, I sent a text asking about the package. I was nice and said I had not checked tracking. Which I had not. No answer. So, I did check the tracking. The package had been delivered.
In reality, not that much money. BUT, at least tell me you can't pay. Or ship the stuff back. Or......
So that is why, his first and maybe only Feedback is negative.
