Wasted nearly five hours of my time. Had to drive an hour and a half to meet, which would’ve been fine had he shown up. I got there on time, he said he’d be there soon. Nearly two hours later he said he wasn’t coming and asked if we could meet at a later time. If you want to waste your time, money, etc, do business with this guy. If you want a smooth transaction that goes according to the plan you setup, go with another buyer. He did say sorry for being late before he decided not to show up, so there’s that.
