He stated it was “SPM,” but when I inquired if the offer came before or after mine, suddenly it was a “family friend not on ODT.” This is odd as “SPM” is vernacular reserved for traders on ODT.
Suspicious for sure and dealing in bad faith at a minimum. No apology offered or explanation. If I had been told a family friend had stepped up, I would have understood, but his tone made it appear to be another ODT’r.
Be wary of committing to a long commute to trade as the offer may not be there when you arrive.
UPDATE:
If you look at the positive feedback he was left and he left, it was from the same guy that sent a PM 4 hours after mine. This is NOT a family member trader and he's therefore dishonest. I'm switching to negative feedback instead of neutral.
This is bad faith and I would not encourage anyone to deal with him in the future as he has shown himself to be dishonest in trade agreements. If a trade has to change, I get that. If you LIE about why that's not a trait of which we want in the firearms community.
