I didn't realize where the user wanted to meet was over an hour away at the time, and didn't see it till about 20 before I checked with the user before getting off work. I told the wife I had to meet with the memeber and she got really crappy about it. It's a bit difficult to tell your wife you have to leave her alone with the kids an extra 2 and half hours after work, for something she cares nothing about. I know it's not his issue and I am sorry about the inconvenience. I was asking to reschedule for early on the weekend. I understand I get an negative strike and I'm not arguing it.
