I purchased some 338 lapua reloading supplies from Mr. Veal. Upon doing an inventory of the supplies, the amounts were significantly less than what he stated. Understanding how mistakes can be made, I contacted him and informed him of the error and provided him with an inventory count of each item purchased and noting each deficit. I stated I would be fine with either returning the entire lot for a full refund or he could just refund a portion of my money for the amounts missing. He stated he would refund a portion, so I provided him a list of each item, the number missing, and the cheapest price I could find for a comparable product. He replied that the amounts he had provided were just an estimation and offered to pay me what amounted to be less than half of what I had calculated that he owed and asked for my address stating he would send me a check in the mail. Frustrated, I provided him with my mailing address and told him to just refund whatever his conscience would allow him live with. That's been about 2 months and I have yet to received a dime. Do with this information what you will.
