I offered to buy his ammo lot, we negotiate and we land on my number for the WHOLE lot of ammo. We agreed on terms on when to meet (close to him) and where in the PM's. We schedule it for the next day. I show up 2 minutes early, I see he sent me a text saying he was running a little bit behind, not a big deal to me. He then tells me he's gonna be 15 minutes late, and a "OH I forgot that I sold 60 rounds (Of the more premium ammo, of course) of the ammo to a friend". End of text. I reply "Dude". He says I can take a few dollars off. It's not a big deal. Trying to salvage the deal on my part and what cash I have on me. I tell him I can't do the original amount, so I send him a reduced number. He starts offering to send me money for gas when I drove all the way out from Monroe to meet him and he wants to know how I came up with my math. I told him it was based on his ad. He starts going on about how its not fair and what not.
Moral of the story.
1. I knew he had 4 negatives on his feedback and I read them all. Thinking that "I" would be different.
2. The guy agreed to sell the WHOLE lot. When he knew he didn't actually have it, but waits to tell me when he's not there and late and he knows I'm already there, and have my own time and money invested in it.
3. If you are thinking about doing business with him. I understand. But you should ask yourself this:
Do you NOT value your time? Do you like doing business with some who also does NOT value your time? Do you like bait-in-switch negotiating tactics? Do you hate yourself?
If you answered "YES" to any of the above questions. Then have fun doing business with this kid.
I have a lot of time invested in this deal. I am putting even more time writing this review. Not for my sake. but for yours.
Thank me later.

Anybody interested in seeing the actual back and forth. I am more than willing to share it with you. As I explain this, I will try to be direct and not use condescending tones.
I am a business owner (car detailing) and was running behind as I can't always guarantee timing. 160 people on this site agree that I do that well. I communicate any issues should they arise. Upon a recount of rounds to assure a good sale, I realized/remembered I sold friend some rounds and had not updated the ad.(60 total were missing).
This gentleman had offered me $$$ for the entire lot of 840 rounds of 300bo. Well below my ask, I accepted. At $$$, the rounds came to about .80 a rd.
He wanted a discount of 1.47 per rd for the 60 missing (which is the full price had the lot been broken up, but we agreed on a completely different deal). I offered him the $45 that .77 per round equated to. He got upset via text message. I calmly tried to speak with him and explain things. And come to an agreement as I was already en route from quite a distance as well.
He was not willing to budge from another $80 off my pricing. At which point I told him I was more than happy to compensate for time and gas (being that time is money and people literally trade their time for money daily). I figured that would be somewhat sufficient. Knowing he was unhappy with missing rounds I wanted to do SOMETHING. He told me he wanted his time back. Unfortunately I'm not God, but I let him know I was still willing to reimburse.
I'm sorry we couldn't come to an agreement amicably. I invested just as much time as the other party. And truly tried to make something work. And again, I'm willing to share screenshots with any user.
I made a mistake in counting and accept that. I let him know IMMEDIATELY. My timing was off and I accet that as well. I let him know IMMEDIATELY when I could. I offered to pay him for his time since it's so valuable. Just as I feel mine is. But that was not sufficient. I also fully understand I have a few negative reviews. None more recent than 2021, there is a very good reason for that. I'm pretty damn reliable. And some very respected gentleman on ODT would agree.
