Great Communication and on-time during the sale! BUT CHASEM11987 LIED and deceived me about setting up a time to take back a RUSTY BARREL SIG CROSS he sold me. I bought the gun from him in a very smooth transaction and he comes across as a stand-up guy when you meet up. In all of his ads, he lists his phone number of 770-712-3622 for any inquiries. I first sent him a note about my interest in his Sig Cross 6.5 on the ODT PM feature. He replied very quickly by texting me and never communicated with me on the ODT PM. Before the sale, I point-blank asked if the Sig had any dings, dents, pitting or rust. He said he bought it new from Trading Place in Monroe and it was a 25 round safe queen. The basic gun inspection at the sale looked great, so I bought it. I borescoped the gun later that day and found the barrel full of rust. When I texted him about it on the same day, he replied quickly - and happily offered to take a return on the gun. He said he would text me Monday Morning after he gets his roofing company crews rolling, to set a time on Monday to meet up. I waited all morning to hear from him and sent him a friendly reminder at 11:07am. I haven't heard from him since. I have reached out in a friendly tone every time in the numerous calls, texts and ODT PM's that I've initiated to regain communication. He continues to do business on here like nothing happened and won't return any of my messages to settle up. He even RE-LISTED the same SIG CROSS 6.5 he sold me - until something happened to the ad after I mentioned it to ODT. I have all of the text string screenshots, but ODT won't step in because we were texting, and not communicating on ODT PM threads. I'll be more than happy to share all of my pics, screenshots and borescope evidence with anyone that's interested.
