Had a deal set and 20 minutes after meeting time he messaged and said he was pulled over. It took 3 hours and 30 minutes after our meeting for him to say he would be ready to meet. I'll give him credit he did offer to pay a little more for the inconvenience and that was nice but I wasted time and gas going to meet for a no show.
