Made me a trade offer, then ghosted me

I'm giving "neutral" feedback instead of "negative" because sometimes unforseen circumstances arise. But his profile showed activity multiple times, which would elude to the fact he could've responded. I'll gladly update my feedback to "positive" if necessary...This member contacted me with a trade offer. I told him I was interested and he stated he would send pictures that afternoon. I told him I had another offer on the table, but I'd hold off until I got the pictures since his offer was something I was looking for. He never got me pictures, won't answer messages, won't acknowledge or communicate, completely ghosted me. I don't operate like this. It's easy to let someone know you've changed your mind.
