Paid asking price cash for item. Even offered to help him find a job with some contractors that I work with. Due to him apparently being laid off of work. Everything was fine and the next evening he text me telling me to be sure to lock my doors. I do not take kindly threats obviously would be a mistake to show up here. And I will not be helping him. Find a job now. Buyers should be aware of this individual. I do have screenshots of conversation
