The purchase agreement for his rifle was made on Monday and he agreed that I can pick it up on Saturday. He was ok with waiting until Saturday. I texted him on Fiday to confirm the sale for Saturday. He said that he sold it to someone else on Wednesday evening. No text or call to tell me that he sold it. His word means nothing.

I do agree that i sold the firearm to someone else. Me and this potential buyer had an agreement that I could wait until Saturday when he would make the drive to purchase. Cash is king and the sale was first come first served, I never said I would reserve it but that I could wait until Saturday. Someone else from drove 3 hours to get it and was willing to pay listing price vs this person wanted to pay below due to the travel. Cash is king, first come first serve.
