Be aware: changes mind last minute

I thought hard about leaving this negative feedback, but i think it's important for other members to know the character. We made a deal, set a date/time, and location....then 2 hours before we would have started driving to meet, he text that he was making a deal with a guy closer to him. I would have let it side of we had only PMd a few times and I hadn't removed the optic to trade even..... I offered his listed, desired trade with the option to add cash to keep the red dot mounted or even swap to remove it. We looked at the midpoint to meet and made arrangements get together. I understand deals fall thru, but to tell me that he was going back on his side of our deal is poor trader etiquitte....a man is only as good as his word, so explaining things and asking for permission to back out of the deal would be more understandable. ( I have a negative feedback myself and i own it as i explained my situation to the trader and he felt it necessary to leave negative feedback)
