He just did the same thing to me. I texted him yesterday and agreed to meet. The drive for me was over 100 miles. I texted when I left but he did not respond. I called on my way but no response. After 60 miles I stopped to rat and he just responded "I just got up and can't make it."
I have screenshots of the text messages as proof if anyone wants to see them.
Stay away from this guy!
