USE CAUTION!! Wasted my entire day on their blackfriday deal for no one to show up.

This will be the second time in 7 years that Ive left negative feedback for anyone so i don't take it lightly. I drove from Marietta to be at their store in time for their blackfriday sale that they had advertised for. i had messaged them on here the night before thanksgiving about setting up a trade and they said "Hi there! yes sir it is available and we are open from 10-7pm this Friday and Saturday! We would gladly accept your firearm on trade-in!" I showed up and no one was there so i called and was told that the employee who was supposed to show up didnt and that some one would be there "within the hour" so i said ok cool. well and hour came and went so i called back (keep in mind i got there at 940am and it was now after 11) so I called again this time i was told someone would be there in 30 minutes. so again i waited because i had made the drive. At 1140 i had to leave and by this time traffic around the outlet mall was insane. Now i know things can and do happen that we cant help, like an employee not showing up, but its the responsibility of the owner to make sure they have a back up plan if something like that were to happen especially when they've been advertising the sale and specifically telling people to come make trades during certain times. i sent them a couple of messages after the fact on here and they have just ignored me, absolutely no response. I would have been fine if they had even reached out to say anything but to be just flat out ignored... yeah that's no way to do business. i would be very leery of doing with them and frankly have made me very leery of driving any distance again to meet someone from here for a deal.
