Agreed to a time and place to meet. I texted him early this morning to confirm that we were still on. Drove over an hour to arrive to the meeting location 15 minutes early and 10 minutes before the scheduled meet he requests to move the meeting location because he is taking the bus and then wants to move the meeting time from 11a to 1:30p. Everything was agreed upon the night before and waited until the last minute to contact me wanting to change the time and place.
