At 3:00am, he sent a message to cancel the agreed upon meeting time (6:30am) in the morning wanting to change the time to the afternoon. We reschedule. Then as I was leaving to the agreed upon afternoon meeting, he cancels again with some excuse of being $20 short. Classic tire kicker waste of time
