Stated he changes his mind. I arrived five minutes early. Texted him at 20:25, and again and 20:40, then a 20:44 to find out he changed his mind.
Him being without a CWP as my ad stated I had agreed to a simple bill of sale.
FAILED to communicate he changed his mind and stood me up.
