This man does not know what he is talking about? This Saiga AK-47 is converted and 922r compliant. I traded with him in good faith but seems he can not be satisfied. I know the difference between a converted Saiga Rifle and not converted. I have never had a problem in trades over the years - only with this man. -

A converted saiga is were it's a ak103 clone it has nothing to do with it being compliant it has original saiga gas tub and no handguard retainer asked if all the rivets were metal which he said they were to come to find out there plastic pop ons the "bullet guide "won't accept bakelites or most of my surplus mags just the mags he gave me
