I made a post regarding an issue that I had with a Smith & Wesson model 32. This fine gentleman saw the post and reached out to me. Spent 45 or so minutes of his own time walking me through the issue. Relying on decades of experience with revolvers. Once I got off the phone with him, the issue was resolved! Outstanding guy.
