I attempted to order on September 12th. I sent payment. After about 4 days I asked how long processing was, no answer. I was finally able to get an answer on September 18th after several messages. I was told it was going to be sent within the week. On September 29th, I attempted to follow up, no answer. Tried again on the 30th and the 1st, no answer. Life happens, but communication can be let me. October 3rd still no communication, refund, or product to show for it.
