We've all been there, starting out new with not alot of feedback. For all the people that say " must have a minimum of x number of feedback.. you really should have more of an open mind because not all of us have been on here trading for 9 years. I've been around for a little bit and it takes a while to get the feedback up there. This guy is solid and deserves a shot for the ones that say you need 400 positive feedback to buy from them.
