Pretty sure that I have what you are looking for. Looks like the pictures you posted and the follower is just like the one in a mag for my Star 45, only smaller. 9mm round fits perfectly. If it works for you, I’ll give it to you. I’m in Gainesville.
You looking for the rifle or the pistol? I have an unfired, in the box, pistol called the "Russian" I think...10 inch barrel with Sig brace if I recall correctly.
If I recall correctly, the checkering on pre '64s is sharp like hand cut stuff. The checkering on post 64s is an embossed/pressed basket weave pattern. Hope my brain is working tonight, and hope this helps.
