    I can sympathize, I’ve had a few black nails over the years. But for me, a ruptured appendix was the worst pain I’ve ever felt. I thought it was just a touch of food poisoning and that I could tough it out. But by 4:00am I was in a fetal position on the floor screaming for my wife to call 911.
