AR Scope Question

I want to mount something on my 6920. I have various red dots burris 332.

I have a Nikon Scope and for this gun I was thinking something along the lines and price point of a Nikon 1x4 * 20. (?) Photos attached. I am not a serious shooter to put it mildly. Suggestions?

I put Nikon P-223's on a couple ar's and love them! Great glass and budget priced (especially if you get them from ODT).

I have a Nikon M223 1-4 mounted in that mount you show, on a 16" stainless barreled upper. It doesn't get shot a lot so I can't say how durable the scope/mount combo is but I haven't had any problems in the 5 or 6 six years I've had them.
I'm also not sure there is a lot of difference between the P series and M series scopes since I've only had the M223.

What's your objective?

Nothing too much, hit paper. "Decent" quality. Probably won't use it too much. My shooting skills are poor, my eyesight makes iron sights difficult. Something that will help maybe center of mass at 100 yards. Becoming anything better than a mediocre marksman is unrealistic.

I just mounted a Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6 on my AR. I am VERY pleased with how easily it sighted in. I can't wait to bust a coyote with it.
