To the best of my understanding no but check the recreational guidelines online to see if something has changed.

Try Rocky Mountain fishery, up the road. My daughter, whom went to Berry College, said there's no fish there, guess the eagles ate them, if there were any.

I did contact the DNR and as long as you're on the WMA you can but you have to have a fishing license and a WMA stamp. After the 1st of July you won't even need the stamp.
