Colt Commando build questions...

I have an 11.5" pistol upper that I'd like to Colt commando clone. Would it be legal to pin the correct flash hider on the upper and use it for a rifle as long as the barrel it at the 16"mark?

Yes. If you can’t find a flash hider let me know. I’m pretty sure I have one in my parts box. Just remember you need a 5.5” to make a 11.5” barrel 16”.
