I don't think anyone missed it. PSA has been beating on my email inbox like a retard beating a drum set in a thunderstorm.
Seems to be the trend with current rebate offers. Springfield has also extended their "Gear Up" promo through August 31. Makes some of their 1911 packages a bargain, IMO.

SF **** the bed a couple of months back by making a deal to carve out an exception for themselves while throwing gun dealers and owners in the state under the bus on an anti gun bill.
On top of that manufactures bumped up supply for the election. I think they were expecting Hilldog to win and there would be a massive run on guns like there was in 2008. Lots of supply and little demand mean we come out on top. Buy now. Four years from now we might be looking back saying "remember when AR15s were $400 and pistols were $250, I should have bought a pile of them".
